We got started in 2020 when Adam Neuwrith, having been frusterated with trying to provide customer support for his personal SaaS projects, started working on Forefront. He realized other people might want to use an elastic customer support infrastructure (pay for what you use - like AWS) for their basic support inquiries.
Adam studied Computer Science at Cornell University. He's run numerous SaaS apps as side businesses and felt the pain of providing repetitive customer support. He's excited to help other people offload their customer support work and maximize the value of their time.
